On-demand learning is just one of the key strengths of E-Learning. Worldwide-anytime access ensures learning, training and assessment can be conducted at a time and location that suits the Company and the individual. E-Learning can be accessed or managed from any computer, whether onsite, offshore, in the office or at home. Little or no computer experience is required for our E-Learning courses. If you can browse the internet, you can negotiate one of our courses.
Allowing individuals to learn at their own pace by going over each section until it is fully understood, pausing at any point to take notes from the on-screen course notes, or stopping at a convenient part in the course to return to it at a later date.
Records on learner performance, course statistics, test results and certificates from completed courses are automatically generated and stored in our database for anytime access by a course administrator, or any authorized person in the company.
Below, you should be able to find all the answers to any questions you may have about our online E-Learning & Learning Management System. You can also get help on-the-go by clicking the
button where you see it. If you need help and you can't find the answer using the methods described, just ask.
Courses are completed in sections consisting of 4 - 6 slides followed by a selection of related questions. Learners will not be allowed to move onto the next part of the course until all answers are given correctly. A course will typically comprise of around 5 - 10 parts.

The duration of courses will vary dependent on several factors, such as, how quickly the learner can take in the information, course subject, etc. as a guide 1-2hrs should allow enough of time for most courses.
What equipment do i need?
Any computer with internet access is all you will need. The site, including all E-Learning courses, have been tested on both Macintosh and PC platforms using the most popular browsers, including Internet Explorer, Firefox and Safari. The only additional requirement is that you have flash player 6 installed. Flash comes pre-installed on most web browsers, however, if you do not have this installed it is free to download from here. If you can see anything in the box at the top of this page, you have flash installed and have everything you need to begin.
how much do i need to know about computers?
Little or no computer experience is required for our E-Learning courses. If you can browse the internet, you can negotiate one of our courses.
HOW DO I START USING E-LEARNING?
Training administrators
Contact us either by email or by phone to discuss exactly how you would like to use and manage your E-Learning. Setup is a painless, quick and simple process. As soon as we have given you a Training Administrator's Username and Password you can start allocating learners access to courses.
Company Learners
If your company already has an account with us, you will need to contact your Training Administrator to request access to E-Learning.
individual Learners
To register for an E-learning course you should contact us by email or by phone and we can arrange to get you started.
Its is a quick and simple process to add new learners. From your Admin Home page click on the 'ADD NEW LEARNER' button to take you to the New Learner form. Once you have inserted the correct user information click ' CONFIRM '. You will then be presented with the details you entered. If you wish to edit the information, click ' EDIT DETAILS '. To assign courses to the learner click ' ASSIGN COURSES '.
Once you have entered a Learner, the entry cannot be deleted. However, you can change their details or make them inactive.
Editing Learner Details
Select the learner you want to edit. Click ' EDIT DETAILS '. This will take you to the page allowing you to edit. when you are happy you have the correct information inserted, click ' CONFIRM '.
Deactivating Learner Access
When you are in the EDIT USERS DETAILS area you can select the buttons at the bottom of the list showing ' ACTIVE ', ' NOT ACTIVE '. Active is the default value on new learners. Learners marked as not active will not be able to access any of their courses or courses history until they are made active again.
Assigning New Courses To Learners
Select the learner you would like to assign courses to (either through a search, or when you create the learner). Click ' ASSIGN COURSES '. Here you will see a list of all the available courses. Tick the titles to make them available to the selected learner. Click ' CONFIRM ' to continue.
Viewing A Learner's Progress
As a Training Administrator, you can view
whether a user has started the courses they have been assigned. Also shown here are the dates courses were assigned and when they started.
Viewing A Learner's Training History
Learner's activity is recorded and stored on our database and can be easily accessed by a Training Administrator.
Learners certificates will be permanently stored, and can be accessed and printed by both the Learner and the Training Administrator. Certificates can be accessed through the Learner's Training History.
Using more than one training administrator
Overview
If you require more than one Training Administrator (i.e. Safety Managers on each site, or Managers of individual offices to allocate Learners) you can request as many as you need. Training Administrators will only be able to allocate courses to, and view the history of Learners they have created. When you use more than one Training Administrator, you will be given access to a Super Administrator account.
Creating A Super Administrator
When you are using more than one Training Administrator you will require a Super Administrator. The Super Administrator can access the entire Learner and Administrator history and activity.
We will automatically create a Super Administrator account when you request more than one Administrator account.
General information
Requesting Development Of New Courses
In addition to our standard courses we can develop your company-specific training courses and make them available through the Learning Management System.
We are also happy to write and develop brand new training courses for you. If you have a training requirement which can be addressed via E-Learning, contact us to discuss how we can help.
If you are a company user, your Training Administrator will register you and allocate your courses. Individual learners should contact us directly to register.
Logging In
Once you are a registered learner you will be given a unique Username and Password. DO NOT GIVE THIS TO ANYONE ELSE! When you log in you will see a list of the courses available to you. If you have lost your Username or Password you should contact your Training Administrator or alternatively you can email us and we will send a copy to your registered email account.
Beginning A Course
When you have logged in you will see a list of the courses that have been assigned to you. The list is sorted into new courses and courses in progress. Click on the course title to open the course page. There you will see all the parts included in this course. Start at part one and continue through each consecutive part.
Completing A Course
When you have completed the last part of the course you will be shown your Certificate. The certificate will be permanently stored in your records for viewing and printing by you and your Training Administrator.
What Score Do I Need To Pass?
100% is required to pass every course.
If I Get It Wrong First Time, Can I Try Again?
You are required to gain 100% on the questionnaire at the end of each part of the course before moving forward to the next. If you get any question wrong you will be asked to go over the course part again.
Do I Get A Certificate?
On successful completion of a training course you will receive an electronic certificate. All the certificates you gain will be permanently stored on the database where you can view and print them at any time.
Training History
Your entire training history will be permanently stored on our database where you can access it while logged in.
Do I Have To Complete The Whole Course In One Go?
No. At the end of each part of the course you can quit out and come back to finish the course at a later date.
How Long Do I Get To Complete A Course?
There is no set time at the moment for completing a course. Although we are looking into putting a time restriction of around 4 weeks from allocation of course
Can I Access The Course From Any Computer?
Yes. As long as the computer has internet access and you have your Username and Password, you can access your E-Learning account from any computer. If you are not using your own computer, it may ask if you would like it to remember your details. NEVER allow the computer to remember your Username and Password. This will allow other people to log into your account.
